Every Association is different in size, design and composition and but operate in relatively the same manner. Every community is a run by a Board of Directors that is elected by the membership. The Board of Directors will meet on a semi annual, quarterly or monthly basis to conduct the business of the community. It is during these meetings that decisions are made. Members of the community should attend these meetings to voice questions or concerns.
